So far I haven’t seen any change but I’m going to give them at least 6 months. For now I am giving it a 3 stars. I just received my 2nd bottle and will update again at the end of month 2. I know the process takes time. It is also a bit pricey but lets see if it works. You take 4 capsules at once and sometimes it doesn't go down easily.
