EMEX Boxberry

General Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office in Kazakhstan to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Customs Information

As of January 1, 2020 the personal import over EUR 200 and / or 31 kg per parcel will be subject to applicable Duties, Taxes and other customs fees.

iHerb will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight. 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

  • Boxberry Pickup and Postamates: Customers pick up their order at a Pickup Point by providing their passport. Storage period is 14 days after order’s arrival to the selected Pick Up Point.

  • Boxberry Home Delivery: Order will be delivered to the consignee’s door. The same Passport that was used when placing the order is required at the time of the delivery.

  • Boxberry-Tracking: Please note, tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and the delivery service. Your tracking number is the same as your order number, with a -0 at the end (ex. XXXXXXXX-0). Orders can be tracked on Boxberry site or +77273955050
  • EMEX Locker Service (Tastamat and My Post): Customers pick up their order at the locker they select during order placement process. Storage period is 3 days after order’s arrival to the selected Locker (Tastamat and My Post).

Your tracking number will be automatically assigned with format: 70000XXXXXXX . Orders can be tracked on EMEX site or by calling at +7 727 3563800

Please Note

Customs or the delivery company may contact you over the phone or via email to ask that you provide the following data for receiving the goods under preferential procedures (for individuals):

1. Print and sign the contract, which can be downloaded on the website of the company. For Boxberry: Alem TAT or EKS / For EMEX: www.emex.kz
2. Send a copy of the signed contract and your ID card to the following email addresses: For Boxberry: [email protected] or [email protected]/ For EMEX: [email protected]

Customs clearance is carried out according to the requirements and conditions of the "Agreement on the movement of goods by individuals for personal use through customs border of the Customs Union and customs operations connected with their release of 18 June 2010."

Please note that by sending the contract and the copy of your ID, you give the right to a Customs representative to use your personal data for purposes of Customs clearance.
