General Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Customs Information

Import tax and duties will be imposed on customers when sum of order value and shipping exceeds $50 USD.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country.

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is available for shipments to Mexico. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite customs clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.

Restrictions

At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of Mexican government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. The following substances are not allowed to be imported into Mexico: Flour & Oil seeds or oleaginous fruits (poppy seed), Sulfates (thallium sulfate), Halogenated derivatives of hydrocarbons (tetrahydro), Epoxy, Plant alkaloids- natural or reproduced by synthesis (hydrochloride)
